Gimmicks are just not part of the way we do business. We’re just not going to cross that line, and it’s just not the way we do things. It’s easy for a lot of companies to operate through gimmicks just to get a foot in the door and earn a customer. But to keep a customer, you have to really deliver at the end of the day.
We’re interested in long-term relationships with our customers. We really are like a family, and everyone here has the same belief system when it comes to taking care of our customers – no matter what, and no matter what time of day it is. We’re truly a family-oriented business taking care of family, and it’s as simple as that.
