I don't have a question, I just have nothing but LOVE LOVE LOVE for you guys!Two weeks ago I had 3 companies come out to look at my A/C problem. Reliant was the only company that did a thorough job of looking for the real problem. Your tech verified that a family friend was right about our system and that we didn't need the expensive repairs suggested by the other two companies. Yesterday, we called you back out because our system was no longer cooling at all. I explained our difficult circumstances at this time: I am not working and we're trying to scrape by on one income. The people in your office were very compassionate and understanding when I spoke with them. They sent your technician to my rescue. He was the most thorough A/C tech I've ever seen. He took the time to explain what was wrong, SHOWED me what was wrong, and then recommended the most cost efficient remedy. The other two companies told me I needed $2400.00 in repairs to my system and they didn't even open the box in the attic to look inside. He checked everything out thoroughly and guess what? $306.00 in repairs...and our system is running BEAUTIFULLY. I am so grateful to have found you. We will be ready to replace our system next year and we will DEFINITELY be calling you to do that. Thank you so much for running an honest business with trustworthy, knowledgeable employees. FYI-new a/c put in, got our first electric bill with it today, we were at $300 last year during the summer, the first bill, we're down to $200 now. thanks!

We got our first electric bill with the new A/Cs, and it's probably near 1/3 less electric use! The results were as follows, even with higher temps which were more equal to last July from last June: June 2009 - 2611Kw Used, June 2010 - 2194Kw Used. Tracking today meter reading, I have used 618kw in 8 days, which would be 77.25kw per day in this heat. Based on a 30 day cycle, that puts me on target for 2317.5kw for the month of July 2010. Last year, in July 2009, we used 3502kw during the same period. I just wanted to let you know the difference, thanks for the great work!

GREAT JOB! The Installers were meticulous and didn't cut corners at all. I watched them take down supports and unhook ducts when they didn't like the way the ducts ran after they had installed them. They were even very patient with me when I asked a never ending barrage of questions. They worked steadily throughout the day installing my complete upstairs system including adding return air. I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with their professionalism and work ethic. GREAT JOB!

I’m a registered architect living in Plano, and understand some of the concepts of good HVAC systems. We had three companies come to the house and provide estimates. The Reliant salesman was pleasant and was genuinely interested in answering all our questions and making sure we understood ALL aspects of the job. By the time he left we really were comfortable with our decisions based on understanding what our options were. Then considering the Reliant estimate was substantially less than the others, our decision was a “No-Brainer”.
The next surprise was that Reliant was able to do our job (two complete heating and cooling systems) in just two days! Taking out and hauling away the old equipment, installing the new equipment with new return and supply air ductwork, dampers, everything down to the thermostats. We were told the installers would be careful not to track dirt in or out and mess up the house since we had just put in new floors. I have to say they did an excellent job protecting everything and kept a neat and clean work zone. NO dirt was left behind that I could see which was wonderful. They followed up with us afterwards to walk through the systems and make sure we didn’t have any questions.
We have been enjoying comfortable air, and cooling like never before! My wife and I have both recommended Reliant to a couple of our friends and now I’m recommending them to you. Thanks again to Reliant for the efficient, cool, lower cost air this summer.

I had heard good things about Reliant so I decided to give them a call to see what they could do for me. The Comfort Specialist came out and gave me my options. No pressure whatsoever and he practically insisted that I get other quotes. So, to make a long story short, I made some calls. One company came out, I showed them the information on the equipment that I was interested in and the quote that Reliant gave me. The guy looked at it and said “That is the price after rebates and tax credit.” I told him no, that was the price before rebates and tax credit. With a strange look on his face, he told me to give him a day to work up a quote but he could save me some money. It was two days before he called me back and he still did not have a price for me but he would call me back the next day with a quote, he could save me some money. He never did call me back with a quote. That told me that I had a pretty good deal. Reliant came in and did what they said they were going to do and we love the new system. I had a couple questions and they been very quick to call me back. Customer service means a lot to me and I don’t mind paying a little more for it, but in this case I didn’t have to pay more.
