our serviceman has been at my house two times in the last two weeks (both winter and summer services on my contract). This letter is to commend him for his thoroughness and efficiency. I have run a household for over fifty years and he is one of the best I have ever had. I learned more about my units, he answered every question in a clear and concise manner, diganosed some little things that were bothering me and gave helpful hints on how to run my units. Thanks for sending such competent people.
