I know I’m a little late with this note, but I just wanted to let you guys know how pleased I was with the service I received from Reliant. I have never used you guys — I have American Home Shield and I know a guy who kind of does AC maintenance on the side whom I have used at times to do annual stuff. But the service tech, who came to my house, was fantastic. He was thorough, he explained things, and I overall felt like a I got good value for it. I signed up for the annual maintenance thing so you guys would come back in the late Fall, and after my experience, I’m glad that I did that. Also, and very important, another firm who I tried to use initially tried to schedule me out 6 weeks from the time I placed the call. They had a better price than you guys. But they were just looking for repair work I think and that’s all. I think it’s because I have American Home Shield (they asked me that) so they figured they probably wouldn’t get any money out of me so they pushed me way to the back of the line. Well that may be true that they wouldn’t get any money out of me, and it may be true for you guys too, but I spoke with your tech about that and I liked his response. He said you guys are in it for the long haul and just trying to make customers happy. Well time will tell, but I would say your actions back up that statement which often is nothing but happy talk. So I may cut off my AHS at some point because I’m not always sure of its value, and if I do I know who I’m coming to for any repairs. And I know who I will keep coming to for maintenance of my units. Your company. So be sure your management knows that I like the long-haul approach. I want to acknowledge it and let them know I appreciate it. Regards, Mike O.
