We have a brand new home. As the warm weather set in, we started having trouble with the a/c system. Our builder had used Reliant Air Conditioning to install the a/c in our new home and, therefore, recommended we call them when our system wasn’t cooling properly. The Technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very competent. I appreciated his on-time, efficient, thorough and caring approach to identifying and resolving the issues with our brand new a/c unit. Basically, he discovered a few problems. The wood floors had apparently been sanded after the a/c was installed so the dust from the sanding process had clogged the a/c; the coils froze – causing the unit to not cool properly; and the drip pan was cracked. Gustavo identified the problems; repaired what he could; and ordered replacement parts as needed. Also, Connie (the person who called to arrange the appointments, etc.) is outstanding. She was very helpful, caring, knowledgeable and professional through the entire process of scheduling and troubleshooting the problem in an attempt to ensure that we would receive the best service possible. Over the years (as we have had A/C work done in our prior homes), my husband and I have dealt with other A/C companies. Based on our first-time experience with Reliant A/C, we can unequivocally say Reliant has been exceptional in every way.
